Established in 1996 as a one man outfit specializing in trade-in services for IT and electronics products. PCPRO was founded with a goal of recycling and refurbishing used IT products from a more technologically advanced country and reselling them to a fast growing market in developing nations.

Since our inception, we have experienced a decade of consistent revenue growth. We now have a staff strength of 8 and have expanded our reach beyond our borders into burgeoning markets in Hong Kongwith plans for expansion into the greater China market and also the Indonesian market in Jakarta. Future plans include expansions into markets like Vietnam and Taiwan. Currently PCPRO also acquires stocks from other high tech countries like Japan to fuel its inventories to other countries.

Having achieved it success in the trade-in sector, we have also constantly improved ourselves in our repair services for customers. In addition, PCPRO constantly evolves the concept of trade-in by tying up with large IT retailers like HP and Palm in creating trade-in programs that allow consumers to enjoy better rebates.

As we enter our second decade of our venture, we aim to become a key leader, not just in creating more sales but to provide a better value constantly for our customers.
